Are there special names for them, or simply as a lower abdominal tattoos? Looking for a tribe of my belly, where the Hips sorta like a tribal tattoo. Ideas or sites?

You can not say, between the hip bones.
Or simply "belly.
If you are a tattoo studio, just to show them where you want.
